I've been playing guitar now for a good long while, then I found a harmonica and everything made sense. The music and songs come from a place that I don't know and that I can't recall, a place I can never go because whom ever is in charge their won't let me in, not even through the back door. When that urge for rock n' roll comes 'round, I pick up my Strat and I shake, and I rattle, and I roll right along with The Stone Foxes, a show band and review of sorts shakin' things up right round the most golden of all bridges. Through the haze of the lazy fog is where I have now found a house, not to be mistaken for a home, and on a loft I lay, and in a room, now bright from the light of my own personal ray of sunshine, I mumble the words that trickle into your ears, that frustrate some, that bring hope to few, that make things sane but most of the time blue.
I'll be going on tour with my band The Stone Foxes, starting Jan 10. Check out our myspace here for info. on where we'll be on what date. Hopefully I'll catch some of you at a show!
Aaron, that's awesome! I'd love to hear about it. Thank you; I'm all better now. Going through that was indeed difficult. Call me whenever; word, we'll totally meet up.
Hey Aaron! Good and bad (which is why there was an angry song on my page when you visited it last; haha). Most things are well. Battling this severe cold whilst school-going and working is difficult. Overall, good; how's it all going with you? (also,) How was the tour?
mort!!! how i've missed you! when are your breaks this semester? i've got some long ones...if they're at the same time maybe we can have lunch play dates!
