About Aaron Rothe (twitter.com/aaronrothe)

first of all, my last name is pronounced like "rawth-ee". i play the piano..ive played for 18 yrs and im totally obsessed with it. i love music and i am fascinated at how powerful it is. i played in a band called drop dead, gorgeous for a few years and left because it wasnt the right place for me anymore and started playing with Sonny.

now, i have moved back home to Denver to write and play my own music. i just sent my first EP off to be digitally released on iTunes and Amazon MP3. It's called the 'Save Us All EP' and you can hear the songs above. All the music was written and played by me and i recorded all the songs in my room with my laptop using GarageBand. The EP should be out sometime in July 2009. I have found a band to play with me live and will be playing shows in Colorado and touring as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone for stickin with me thru all this..this is truly the most exciting time of my life and I can't wait to get back out on the road.
