Me and the foul-smelling obese monstrosity living in my closet.
Influences
Anything and everything that got me into electronica. Started from the Propellerheads.
Sounds Like
Silencer299 sounds like a bag of cats sitting on top of a catnip hill, and an amateur drummer set up on the side whose desperate efforts of keeping up are undermined by two hobos rhythmically smacking flies to the beat.
About:
I put a bunch of sounds into patterns and call them music.
Well, since you're reading this, I'll assume you wish to know about me. That or you're very desperately bored out of your tiny little mind that you subconsciously read random bits of text and drool in your coffee mug. That brings me to my first point. My outlook of life is that we're all tiny little minds lost in a limitless vastness of space and time. What this outlook brings me to, is the realization that we should do whatever the hell we want, but not ruin the experience for anyone else. In my case it means not doing anything at all.
Or did you wish to know about my "music" making (notice the quotations around the word music)? Well in that case let us go to my second point. My so-called "music" is something that I do only on impulse. I have no education, or interest in education for that matter when it comes to music. I don't know scales, I don't know that classical guy whom you all learned about back in grade whatever, and I don't know that musical whatchamacallit that all you musical artists are so fond of.
My last point is a suggestion. I suggest you take everything you hear here and accept it for what it is. Since these audios are a result of impulse, they should be considered as works of nature. You don't go around blaming trees for not having sex with each other because it's something you humans are used to.
Contact me. I'm bored and most likely lonely. I suggest making contact by commenting, because I feel unattracted to the concept of checking my e-mails.
This is a video I made for T.B.A. Check out more of his music (he's listed in my top friends)
Here are some homeslices and cheesecakes of mine. Check em out. It's simple. You drag the cursor over the pretty animated rectangle of your choice and push down on the left mouse-button (or the one huge button if you have one of those mackintosh mice). - Stay tuned for a tutorial of how to use lap-top controls -
Great to hear from you. I hope all is well and you get that computer thing sorted out. It is raining cat's and dog's where I'am in Sunny D. Is it snowing where you are?
