About me: ABADA Capoeira is the Brazilian Association for the Support and Development of the Art of Capoeira.
Since 2003,ABADA UK has been running regular classes, workshops, and displays, primarily in London, though sometimes also in other regions in the UK.

Hello! Tudo bem? O meu nome de capoeira é Trancinha, cheguei a treinar uns anitos com o Cascão em Braga (Portugal). Agora estou a morar por Londres, encontrei a página da ABADA no myspace e gostaria de, um dia, vos fazer uma visita pra matar as saudades. ;)
