abandoned ships is the recording project of james tweeddale and elliott sharp. they live in different parts of the country, and so come together a few times a year to write and record songs at james' home studio in virginia. they also both record tracks on their own, which you should listen to.
james records under the name rocks & minerals. elliott records under the names magic treason and magic reasons.
