Good pop like the Beatles, the Beach Boys, XTC, Flaming Lips. Good heartfelt folk, like the Paul Simon, Elliot Smith. Some great indie bands like Low and Pinback. A couple of odd rockers here and there, like Swervedriver.
Sounds Like
Good melodies, three part harmonies, bass, drums, quitar, sometimes a quirky drum machine.
