Band Showcase Tues 19th May 4pm-8pm Cessnock Performing Arts Centre - Vincent St Cessnock The band showcase is an opportunity to perform in front of a panel of music industry professionals and recieve invaluable feedback on their performance. Free recording and an opportunity to appear on thr Nock Rock 2010 CD is also up for grabs. Positions are limited so bands need to register to perform at the Band Showcase. Bands must also have a majority of members aged under 25 years and all must be over 12 years. At least one band member must reside in the Cessnock LGA.

5 Days in tranquil Stroud - the perfect place to get the creative musical juices flowing.
Workshops with industry professionals - looking at Cubase, song writing, presentation and so much more.
Not to mention you get to go away with a group of other young people who are all interested in music with plenty of time to jam and get creative.
The even better news - it's free! Transport, Food and accomodation is included.
Only catch - there's limited places so you do need to fill out an expression of interest form. For more info msg us - if you want an EOI pack sent out include either your email or snail mail address.

Need a closer shot…. I have been asked by a lady about their lack of facial hair, do not fear, this also goes out to the baby faces out there, just do what I did draw one on, yes that’s right mine is fake!!! You couldn’t pick it. Just use a texter and draw any old style on take a pic and save it as your profile image. Don’t use permanent marker I did it sucked!!!! May the challenge begin, best, most creative, stupidest moustache takes the hat. Style as seen worn by artist Augie March and Jed’s Head. Keep the dream alive!!!! Jed
