About Abdurrahman Koese

Abdurrahman Köse Als Enkel des berühmten türkischen Musikers Ustad Abdurrahman Köse aus Denizli/Anatolien, hat der junge Abdurrahman schon im Alter von sechs Jahren breits erste Bühnenerfahrungen gesammelt. Seit dem dreizehnten Lebensjahr spielt der virtuose Künstler auf dem egyptischen Kanun und ist durch seine Vielseitigkeit verschiedenste Stile zu interpretieren im Orient genauso wie Okzident über die Grenzen hinaus bekannt. So entstanden Zusammenarbeiten mit diversen Künstlern und Projekten wie zum Beispiel: 1992, special-feature im türkischen Fernsehprogramm TRT-int. Es folgten Auftritte auf diversen Festivals in Istanbul, Izmir und Ankara. So spielte er mit Künstlern wie z.B.: Muazzes Ersoy, Müslüm Gürses oder Gökan Güney, usw. Auf westlicher Seite unterstützte er Künstler wie Natascha Grin, Markie J. Lothar Krell. Im Duett mit dem L'Orcestre Baschet in Berlin als Cristall Sound Projekt, sowie mit dem Berliner Sinfonieorchester. Gegenwärtig lebt A. Köse in Frankfurt/M, arbeitet unter anderem mit dem Team von Cosmic Orient zusammen und bereitet sich auf sein zukünftiges Soloalbum "ART of the KANUN" vor.

Poem 162 of 230, WalkaboutsVerse (please see my blog): TEES TO TYNE: FIRST IMPRESSIONS - SUMMER 2001 Where traditions are not so rare; Sea, country and works scent the air; A multitude of monuments, Planted tubs and patterned pavements. The longish pedestrian malls; The remnants of defensive walls; Historic buildings are a gauge Of the respect for heritage. Wheat, rape and pines in the fields; Estuaries guarded by shields; Long sandy beaches and wide scenes; Romantic-ruin go-betweens. Rivers in parts licked by trees, Or fringed by boat clubs, wharfs, gantries, And crossed by practical delights - Varied spans, forming pleasing sights. Fine churches headed at Durham; Football kits ad infinitum; Kept castles - one for study; Masonry behind masonry. And, with moulding-works out that way, It’s somewhere for a longer stay..?
