Hello and welcome to AIYF’s MySpace.
Aberdeen International Youth Festival - the World Festival of Youth Arts - is the world's foremost festival of youth arts.
We have around a thousand young people from all over the world coming to Aberdeen every summer, with all artforms represented from classical music and bands to contemporary dance and kabuki.
We use a range of venues across the North East of Scotland, everything from large theatres such as His Majesty’s Theatre to music venues The Tunnels and The Lemon Tree in Aberdeen and further afield in places like Woodend Barn, Clatt Auld Kirk and and MacRobert Hall in Tarland.
By joining up to this profile we can let you know all the festival news and events before anyone else. More information about the Festival and how to take part is on our website – www.aiyf.org
..

London
based 5 piece hip-hop band consisting of the solid lyrical flows of
Natty, uplifted by the incredible voice of Aina and carried brilliantly
by the masters of wood, strings and drum skins Tom H (drums), Tom Y
(bass) and Matt (guitar). This crisp collective brings you the best in
UK hip-hop, no loops, no samples, straight up original full band sound
jumping from soul n funk to pop and even DnB.
Definitely
not to be missed. Don't join others that are still kicking themselves
for missing previous Natty visits. This does not stop off on your
doorstep anymore, not in Aberdeen. Welcome to C... E...R... bringing
you the freshest sounds from the underground.
I know it's a bit late... but, just wanted to
say happy new year and all the best for
2008.. and... happy Friday! :)
