Dressing up: fishnets, fringe, beading, sparkle, diamonds, feathers...as in boas or fans, hats, fedoras, gloves...long gloves, diamonds, heels...very high heels, pin curls, rhinestones, suspenders, swishy hair (we're ok with wigs and pieces), large hoop earrings, flowers, color, red, aqua, pinstripes, bow ties...yeah the sexy ones, polka dots and stripes...but not together, lipstick, lipgloss, lips, shiny things, did we mention diamonds? Featuring a collection of scrumptious acts by a bit o' Burlesque, this tastefully naughty show brings you dance and comedy in the old fashioned burlesque tradition. Try to figure out what's going on in "What's That?", "ooh" and "ah" at the lovely Can Can girls, see who's a "Big Spender", laugh yourself silly at "John and Marsha" and enjoy other yummy morsels of entertainment in this sweet, saucy and playful production. Starring Absinthe, Belladonna, Ginger, Harley, Ivana, Peaches, Rosie, Roxy, Sapphire, and Sugar - 10 very delectable reasons to see this show.
SWEET TREATS will delight and amuse you with eye candy and non-stop laughs at the heavenly North Park Vaudeville and Candy Shoppe, an intimate theater specializing in Vaudeville style variety shows, new plays, and melodramas in combination with an old fashioned candy shoppe. With a selection of over 250 types of candy, this candy shoppe offers real sweet treats you didn't know were still available. Enjoy salt water taffy, candy sticks, root beer barrels, Mary Janes, and old fashioned candy bars as well as hard candies and soft candies and even gum and cold drinks.
