As for my first love, martial arts, I love the contact and physical exertion of hard styles (kenpo, kali, jiu-jitsu), but I also enjoy the supple, flowing motions of a soft style (bagua, tai chi).

Music
Anything that immediately inspires mental or physical movement. I used to have two flavors: Metal and Mellow. I now appreciate the flow of Salsa and the sensuality of Rhythm and Blues. There is something powerful in a drum beat during the night... you can almost feel your whole body throb. The more I listen the more I like.
Television
As little as possible...most of it sucks. Adult Swim delivers pretty consistently.
Books
Do you ever become really interested in something, and then feel yourself get totally swept away? Whether informational, fiction, or otherwise, those are the kind of books I enjoy. I always seek a sense of integrity in my relationships. I'm always happy to enjoy sincere interactions with real people. I love to develop a connection with someone, and I also enjoy the connection with body that Yoga, Martial Arts, and other mind-body disciplines bring.
I currently work helping people solve technical and electronic communication issues; it is great to help people, but I am finding more and more people don't really want to be helped. The business I am developing, however, allows me to be a little more selective about who I assist. I coach people on how to get better results in life through increased focus and meditation. Those who are open to learning always get incredible results.
There is a powerful smile to be achieved when one can understand both movement and stillness. I love to sit in silent stillness, and I love to seek that same stillness in the postures of yoga. On the other hand, I deeply enjoy the movement and contact in my karate class, and I can't wait to bungee jump.
