About me:

Capoeira is a Brazilian Art Form that synthesizes music, dance, acrobatics, attack & defense. Capoeira helps you challenge your mind, condition your body and nourish your soul. Capoeira Instructor Formado Selva from Salvador, Brazil started Group Abolicao Capoeira Scotland in September 2004. Formado Selva's Capoeira Master Salario Minimo was a student of Master Bimba, the founder of Capoeira Regional! A Capoerista since 1994, Selva also has much experience in other martial arts such as Boxing, Jiu Jitsu and Vale Tudo. He began teaching Capoeira in Brazil 8 years ago. Abolicao Capoeira Group is Registered with ABPC (Associacao Brasileira de Professores de Capoeira) & also with CREF (Conselho Regional de Educacao Fisica). Beginners are always welcome to classes. Classes are mixed levels. Anyone can join at any time and pay as they go! £6 each class or £20 for 4 classes.
