A Boy Named Girl are re-inventing pop punk with a blend of hardcore and technical dynamics. They are a 5 piece pop punk band with an explosive live energy and a huge desire for music, a live show is something not to be missed!...

BATTLE OF THE BANDS - ASHFORD - REVIEW
For the competition, each of the bands were asked to perform a 30 minute set of completely original material and all of them performed under pressure. It’s never an easy task to go first in any competition, but five piece A Boy Named Girl kicked the competition off in fine style with an energetic set that got the crowd warmed up for a great night ahead. Specialising in Pop Punk the guys were oozing with confidence and jumping off the stage to the delight of the audience, and overall having a great stage presence.
