Haha yeah that is a recent photo, I took it on my dad's laptop cam. I was shaking my head as I took the picture so it was all blurry. You're probably just not used to seeing me without facial hair :P
I miss you like CRAZY I'm going to call you from the house phone when this crazy weekend is over(SO much to do), so probably Tuesday morning, since you said mornings are best for you.
BTW: You should see Paranormal Activity, its a great film.
All December of 2008, any order over $20 will receive a signed used/abused drumstick from the drumming animal, Davey Calabrese (while supplies last). It makes for a great holiday murder weapon! Ideal for driving through the heart of any intruders crawling down your chimney! ^V^ - Jimmy C.
"Here's a Way. In order to reeeeeeeally make a strong connection between you and your flute you must turn good techniques into habits.
That way, you know how the flute feels. You know its balance. You can find the holes without searching for them.
Get to the point of being oblivious to the fact that the holes exist.
You know where to land your mouth on the mouthpiece...every time.
Your lower lip becomes accustomed to the back edge of the blow hole and knows exactly where to stand.
Most importantly, your breath. In learning to control your breath and mentally secure your flute's boundaries you begin to fully understand the reality that is your music.
Travel on a broom swept path to master your own style and step up to find the Flute at your Center."
That's verrrrrrrry deep. What do you think of that quote?
