Elysium Project was formed in 2004 by musician Andrew Ford with the aim of crafting music with a slight twist. Over time, Elysium Project have found and perfected their unique edge. Cool jazz-influenced guitar lines soar over intelligent, infectious beats. Andrew has worked in collaboration with upcoming talent Arwen Hunt, who provides the melodious vocals on “Solitude” (Available on itunes). Their music touches the mind and soul, while nevertheless will induce some dancefloor action along the way. Elysium have established a strong live presence across the South East, particularly in the university town of Guildford, where their energetic and driven performances have shaken up sleepy suburbia. The live outfit incorporates bass and drums from brothers Stacey and Kerry Edwards creating a dynamic experience for the music-loving masses. New addition to the group Helen Ruocco provides beautiful vocals with real emotion. The genre defying sound of Elysium Project will undoubtedly continue to find new fans across a broad audience.
