We’ve got you covered with every kind of option in our massive new facility. From a solo drummer to a 15-piece show band, we’ve got a cool, secure, perfectly sized space with your name on it. We even have 2 showcase rooms big enough for a full on band and 100 or so of your favorite record execs.

WANT MORE CHOICES?
A fully-loaded room with PA, mics, drum kit and instruments, where all you have to do is strap on and go, or bring your band and the whole rig to your own private creative oasis. Try out Jimmi’s rig for an afternoon, or Page’s classic Les Paul and Marshall Stack. We got ‘em available in the backline for rent.

DON'T NEED A LOCKOUT?
Rehearse just once a month before that huge gig for a couple of hours? Find a home with us. You'll rest easy knowing your gear is 100% safe, protected by 24-hour surveillance cameras, key card access, and staff, so only you and your band can access your equipment. Rent hourly, daily, weekly, or longer – whatever works best for you is Absolutely OK.

THIRSTY? HUNGRY?
Need a break to think about that new song you are writing? No problem, just walk over to our super chill Wifi lounge. Sit back, relax, have a snack from our ace vending machines, play some pool, fire up the X-Box or watch some HiDef TV - it's all good - it's all here.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER, web developer, artist, photographer, video or sound editor, producer, booking agent, or A/R. publicist? You've got a home. Whether you make art or facilitate in its production we have a space for you.
