Nel novembre 2005 Marco “Toffa” Toffaletti decide di formare un gruppo con Lorenzo Graziani (già amico di vecchia data e compagno negli Argonath). Al basso approda il carismatico Walter Lamorte, il quale copre temporaneamente anche il ruolo di cantante. Le prime influenze del gruppo hanno origini dal vecchio thrash teutonico anni 80 (Sodom e Kreator), grezzo e potente, ma dopo alcuni mesi cominciano a mutare verso uno stile più “Bay Area”, annoverando tra i vari gruppi di ispirazione Testament, Exodus e Vendetta.
Passano alcuni mesi e la grande svolta, soprattutto a livello di composizione, arriva con l’entrata nel gruppo del talentuoso chitarrista Stefano Bertolotti (ex Rune, Irreverence).
In seguito ad alcuni live e dopo diversi mesi di lavoro per realizzare un proprio repertorio, gli Abuser scoprono la loro forma di espressione. Non avendo trovato un valido componente alla voce, Walter inizia ad occuparsene a tempo pieno, per l’inizio delle registrazioni dell’EP; ma dopo poche settimane, durante le ultime lavorazioni, giunge dalla My Graveyard Productions un contratto discografico per la pubblicazione, prevista per il 2008, del loro primo album.

Charismatic Walter Lamorte joined as bassist and temporarily as lead singer. The group's first influences come from the old teutonic thrash of the '80s (Sodom and Kreator), rough and powerful, but after a few months they start to change into a "Bay Area" style, drewing inspiration from such groups as Testament, Exodus and Vendetta. A few months passes by and here comes the turning point, especially at a composition level, when the band recruits as lead guitar talented Stefano Bertolotti (ex Rune, Irreverence). After some live shows and after working for some months to
create a repertoire of songs of their own, Abuser find out their own kind of expression. Not finding any other good lead singer, Walter starts charging this role permanently, before beginning to record the EP. A few weeks later, while finishing the recording, Abuser sign a contract with My Graveyard Productions in order to publish their first album, planned for 2008.
