Yall may know Marty Lat from the days of local Punk/Rap/Reggae diversity kings, D'z on a Lac. Well, ... he got tired of playing the drums and decided that he would be able to serve the world better by singing cool songs and talking shit on a microphone. Which brings us up to date: Marty Lat plays an "Abusive Acoustic" mix of originals and Country and Reggae classics! On occasion a semi-rocked out song may cross the path of the set list, including: a little Pearl Jam, some RANCID, or may be a Buddy Holly tune. But mainly it's just whatever the hell Marty Lat feels like playing. The usual rotation can consists of anything from Long Beach Dub All Stars and George Strait, to Lat's current hit single, "Lost Receipts". Don't bother yelling out request because This ISN'T T.R.L. However, ... if you happen to know, AND ENJOY, the selection of songs provided, ... well then, ... you're a bad motherfucker too!
