With great pleasure the band announces the return of Mephir as vocalist of Abyssaria! It's great to have his unique voice back (also known as 'abysmal screams'). At the same time, former keyboardist Atiscon also rejoined the fold and will be "Master Of Machines" at live appearances of the band. Only Nemesis couldn't be convinced of coming back - replacement for him was found in Irathor, a young, fully motivated bass player from Kraftwerk-town Düsseldorf. Both guitarists, Davi(an) and Val Melkor complete Abyssaria's line-up in 2007, which is striking back onto stage for a couple of gigs at the end of the year (see "Shows").
After the departure of vocalist Mephir and bass player Nemesis, Abyssaria is currently searching for new members to enter the stage(s) again.
2006
Band's in the progress of reformation and focussing on playing some shows again. Also working on a DVD featuring a couple of live shows recorded in the past.
2004- 2005
Band's on hold. Some members working on other projects.
2003
Release of the mini-album 'Architecture Of Chaos'.
2002
Playing a lot of shows, organizing festivals and writing new songs.
2001
Release of the critically acclaimed first full-length record 'All The Dying On Earth'.
2000
Addition of second guitarist Val Melkor. Adrahil replaces Atiscon on the bass who is playing keys from now on.
1999
Release of the mini-album 'Beyond The Darklands'.
1998
Band founded by Davian (guitars, backing vocals and machines), Atiscon (bass) and Mephir (vocals).
