About me: I have been a professional body piercer for 14 years. I manage Artkore Tattoo & Body Piercing in Normal, IL and I own and operate Darkside Tattoo & Body Piercing in Bradley, IL. To me, piercing is not just a job, but a passion. My training, knowledge, bedside manner, and genuine love for the body art industry set me apart. I want each client I pierce to leave, not only with a new piercing, but with an experience they will not forget. Bearing in mind every client is different; I guarantee my professional attention to each. I will be attending the 2007 Association of Professional Piercers Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada as part of my on-going education. As an advocate for proper sterilization techniques and the improvement of industry standards, I will be articulate in the design process of the Illinois Tattoo and Body Piercing Establishment Registration Act. Outside of Artkore, I teach mixed-martial arts. I am also the head coach of the cage fighting team at Academy of Mixed-Martial Arts in Bloomington, Illinois. My other passions include Star Wars, long walks on the beach, and comic books. I look forward to seeing you in my chair!
