Here's what some of the groups have said about A CappellaStock!
"We had a great time at A Cappellastock. The crowd was great, the crew was very professional, and we were well taken care of. We'd love to be a part of it again in the future." - Groove For Thought
"A Cappellastock is the world's greatest new vocal music event, bringing together the proven pioneers of the form with some of today's hottest new acts. It's like lollapalooza, but without all those pesky lollypops." -Deke Sharon, The HouseJacks
"One of the finest all-vocal festivals in the world." ---Moosebutter
"We thoroughly enjoyed our selves. The hospitality was first rate, the venue was great and all the people behind the scene were very professional. The groups performing were outstanding. We look forward to having another opportunity in the near future to participate in the event. Good luck in 2007. May the voices ring strong and the chords be in tune!" -Kevin Kunz, Groove For Thought
"An amazing experience - great groups, great crowd, great fun!" -Tim, From Moosebutter
"I had a great time at ACS! You really put on a first-class show, and the audience knew it and appreciated it. Great groups, mongo sound rig, rock ‘n roll lighting – and of course, me. I enjoyed singing with you, too. Let’s do it again sometime, eh? If people don’t know it already, listen up. ACS is now the hot a cappella event out West. The one thing that would have made the experience perfect for me was if my suitcase had gotten home with me. Other than that, it rocked." -Barry Carl, 2007 Emcee

"
Once again, I am very pleased with this opportunity to express my gratitude and support for A Cappellastock, an annual a cappella music festival that has become a trademark event for culture and tourism in Ogden.
Now in its fourth year, A Cappellastock continues to make its home at the Ogden City Amphitheater, scheduled this summer for Saturday, August 23.
A Cappellastock is a high-intensity vocal performance that showcases some of the nation's best a cappella music. Last year's event was the best ever, drawing thousands of visitors from across Utah-and beyond-to our city.
I applaud A Cappellastock's choice of Ogden City as a venue and appreciate its commitment to help historic Downtown Ogden thrive as a center for culture and the arts. I would encourage you to support
A Cappellastock, helping to enhance its role as an anchor for tourism and business development in our community.
Please accept my appreciation for your help in making
A Cappellastock even more successful this year. With your help, we will ensure that A Cappellastock remains one of the leading cultural and tourism events our great city has to offer.
Sincerely
Mayor Matthew R. Godfrey
