About me:

A. CAVALLO VIOLINS, LLC is a string instrument shop serving Omaha, Nebraska and customers throughout the USA and Canada. We also conduct e-commerce worldwide through our website, eBay, A. Cavallo Violins @ Amazon.com;selling and auctioning rare, antique, and unique items.

We buy and sell violins, violas, cellos and basses, offer a full repair and restoration service, appraise instruments, and provide stringed instrument accessories.

We offer fine instruments and excellent service to professional and student musicians.

  2. We provide the customer with an unequalled guarantee and trade program.
  3. We take care of each customer with attention to detail and fine service.
  4. We have an honest approach to pricing and our rental program that is unique.

We encourage you to visit our shop, meet with our professionals, and see for yourself.

Thanks for finding me. I play violin in the Old Market - this is my 19th year there, and I played a year prior to that on Circular Quay in Sydney, Australia. I've never had a lesson (on violin) and my two violins of choice are my great-grandfather's violin and my current choice, a German violin I found in pieces at an auction in December. After I got over the notion that it would pay off my house, I learned to love the sound that came out of it once it had been reconstructed. Come see me some weekend near the Passageway.

This is going to be a great site. Very interesting blogs. I can rehair bows and would love to be able to make one someday.
