Feeling superior. Being an idiot. Causing laughter. Threatening physical injury on friends with no intent on carrying it out. Laughing with the people that I just made laugh.
"Dude, I'm totally going to punch you in the face."
Music
I'm way too lazy to list them all. I'll give some examples though.
Elvis. Tom Waits. Tripod. Johnny Cash. Willie Nelson. Bob Dylan. Son House. Muddy Waters. The Band. Weezer. Irish folk songs. American folk songs. Australian folk songs. Acoustic music. Archie Roach. Scot Edgar and the Universe. Cake. Cracker. Bruce Springsteen. Drive-by Truckers. Bluegrass. Blues. Classic R&B. Flogging Molly. Jerry Lee Lewis. Rolling Stones. Lynyrd Skynyrd. Led Zepplin. Taj Mahal. Queen. Ray Charles. Al Green. Sun Volt. Wilco. Tenacious D. Tom Jones.
Basically... I love lyrics. I love music that makes me want to sing. Because I love singing. Even though I'm rubbish at it. I do it anyway. Because everyone listening can get bent.
Movies
Frequently, type depending on mood.
I enjoy westerns, good action movies, cheesy horror movies, movies that involve time travel and or religious mythology, documentaries, smart comedies, romantic comedies.
Dancing movies are my guilty pleasure. So if a movie has cool ballroom dancing in it or something... I probably have seen it and liked it. Secretly.
Television
Mostly programs on animals, technology, or poker, when they make Card Whisperer or something, I'll be set.
Examples are... Attack of the Show. X-Play. Daily Show. The Colbert Report. Dog Whisperer. Any poker program.
Basically... Animal Planet, G4, Discovery, Comedy Channel and when it's on... poker.
I used to watch CSI and Law and Order but have gone off on them abit.
I was enjoying House, Lost and Supernatural. But since the writer's strike ended I haven't really picked them back up. I'll just wait for the DVDs or something.
Books
Usually reading two or three at a time, usually one new book and two old favorites.
Heroes
My father at the moment.
