Thank you for choosing Accuracy Assured Home Inspections, LLC to serve your home inspection needs. Buying a home is probably one of the biggest investments you are going to make in your lifetime. Having a home inspection done before you purchase a house will ensure you are buying the home of your dreams and not someone else’s nightmare.
I am Scott Gilligan, the owner and operator of Accuracy Assured Home Inspections, LLC. My experience in construction and commercial building operations along with the training I completed to become a home inspector allows me to provide you with an accurate and detailed inspection report. I am a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants. I am also the president and founder of The Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Accuracy Assured Home Inspections, LLC is licensed and insured to perform home inspections in Philadelphia and exceeds the requirements of Pennsylvania Act 114 home inspection law. Accuracy Assured Home Inspections, LLC also provides services to Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware Counties.
My thorough home inspection takes about three to four hours to complete, unlike some inspectors who spend two hours or less just looking around. Your home inspection report is generated using HomeGauge,,, the most sophisticated and detailed reporting software available to home inspectors. Your report will include full color photographs and be written in a narrative format so it is easy to read and understand. I encourage you to follow along with me during the inspection process where safety permits so that I may point out and help educate you on specific areas of interest. After your home inspection is complete and you have read over your report, I am available to answer any questions you may have. My services does not just end when you receive your report.
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. I look forward to being of service to you and scheduling your home inspection.
