Songwriting, rapping, and producing which the producer is into will make him bound for success. Since producing at the age of 15 I am no begginer...these days it is just hard to find the right person to push you out there. So this is my chance to help myself and put myself in the game. You will receive the beat in an mp3/wav format. The beat will be tagged and sent digitaly. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. You should acknowledge me on and give credits on any mixtape covers or songs you sale, have downloadable, or give away. You may sell up to 2,500 units of the final project. You have the full rights to record, mix the beat/song in anyway, shape or form. You also receive a contract granting you the Leasing rights to the beat. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use.If you sell more than 2,500 units you have to buy a new lease or the exclusive rights. The seller still owns the beat and the seller is able to resell the beat to any other until exclusive rights have been purchased. You can NOT resell the beat!
