The band itself is a combination of of four members with vastly diffrent influences, each bringing their own unique and personal styles and tastes to the band. The two founding members John and A.J. Anagnos started Aces High about two years ago and after going through band members like Axl Rose goes through release dates the band finally settled on a stable lineup. John Anagnos (drums) is the band manager, who's influences range from classic rock to power metal. A.J. Anagnos (Lead Vocals/Guitar), is a co-founder of Aces High and his influences include forms of rock and metal. Mark Borbas (Lead Guitar/Vocals) joined the band about a year ago and his influences are mainly thrash and speed metal. These group members have been gaining local recognition with gigs as opening for the world famous Yngwie Malmsteen, and thrash metal giants Exodus, along with headlining the Ventura Theater.
