When You Are Engulfed in Flames by David Sedaris
I'm m!ke. I live in Central Florida currently. I'm an artist. I've been drawing for 20 years, and painting for about six years. My focus is mainly on pop-art portraits and the occasional lowbrow piece, Zombies, Pin-ups, Robots, etc.
I enjoy music that isn't re-treading of all the same things I've heard before. I've seen quite a large number of films. My sense of humor is a broken record of pop-culture references and in-jokes.
When my woman and I aren't working or sleeping, we drink coffee, play Boggle, and sit around watching movies. I mostly just orbit around the periphery, hoping to be exposed to new sights and sounds, and maybe make a cool friend or two.

I'm excited to hang out too :) And as far as why would I stay in O-town? I'm crazy in love...and that strange thing makes any place geographically perfect. in a nutshell though...yes, i would love to hang out one night soon! this has been a really, really crappy summer...i moved home with my parents for a while (marital drama, long story) and have been looking for a job for the past 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 weeks. this is not a solicitation for pity, more of an apology for losing touch. one day, i will no longer be an agorophobic weirdo.
