..Acidtown is a three-piece electronic band from the south coast. We utilize both DJ and instrumental skills to provide a live electronic experience.
The sound constantly evolves and mutates through the use of different equipment. We use guitar/basses, analogue & digital synths, percussion, turntables samplers sequencers, basically anything we can get our hands on to create music.
Our sound and live experience stems from the free party scene, from which we progressed to clubs and live venues around London and the south coast. We have ambitions to play cities around the UK and abroad in the near future.
Our influences cover a wide range of styles. From Black Sabbath to Felix da Housecat, Can to Scan7, the Stooges to Donna Summer! We always try to keep our sets varied and the DJ sets eclectic.
