Band was formed in June 13th, 2003 by schoolmates Paul Balcytis and Mantas Trapikas. The band was always in near-dead state because of loss of time and musical ideas. However, in 2006 Acoustic Noise made their first video for a stupid new-year-themed song "Pakelkime taure" ("Let's raise a glass"). And now, with help of many more or less temporal members, the band has succesful performances at school, friend's partys and so on.
