Welcome! We are the new recruits for the Alamo City Rollergirls. Although not on a team yet, we have been assessed as being ready for offical derby training and are in full training as a part of the ACRG.We practice with a trainer two days a week but practice with one another anywhere from 3-5 days a week. We wear black and yellow to represent the colors of the asphalt that we regulary assault.
If you're interested in being assessed so that you can start our training program, come out to the Rollercade on the first Wednesday of each month. Warm up at 7:30pm, assessments start at 8:00pm and run until about 9:00pm. This is public skate, you must be 17 or older to skate and the price is $5 for admission. Remember, you must be at least 21 years old and female to join.
