- Get Your Own
On THE TONIGHT SHOW talking about being a vegetarian - (that was then, now I am totally sushi obsessed, but I still avoid the other critters.)
And me on POLITICALLY INCORRECT talking about men, women and monkeys. (I still enjoy discussing men, women and monkeys.)

Which One of The 7 Main Arts Are You? (Beautiful Pictures -- FIXED!)
Take the quiz: Which Dead Rock Star Are You? John Lennon You are John Lennon! You're a nerd to many young and old, and loved for it too. You have influenced many different people, you and old. You have magnetism. Oh, he died in 1980 from a moron... who shot him.
Ah, yes, music. Music to me is ...music to my ears.
Me likey muchly -
The Beatles, Leonard Cohen, CSNY, Barenaked Ladies, Bob Dylan, Donovan, Cat Stevens, Don Mclean, All Classic Rock, Bread, Just about alll 60's folk music and 70's singer/songwriters. The Andrew Sisters, Frank Sinatra, Jimmy Durante, Fred Astaire, Dean Martin, , Sublime, Bob Marley, Five for Fighting, Bowling for Soup, All the cute boys who sing the sweet songs even if they sound alike,
and pretty much anything one could, if they so desired, shake their tushie to.
Movies
Television
I like TV. And I don't believe in guilty pleasures...I just believe in...pleasures. :)
TV, when used properly, is a delicious source of much fun and joy. (yes, I just wrote 'delicious' - and I'd do it again.) Don't listen to those anti-TV people. They are misinformed. Eat healthy, drink plenty of water, exercise, go outdoors - then come home - and watch TV. Preferably something that I'm in.
MY FAV SHOWS: Taxi, The Carol Burnett Show, Seinfeld, Frasier, Friends, The Gilmore Girls, The Jeffersons, Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley, Three's Company, Twilight Zone, Night Gallery, The X Files, American Gothic, The Facts of Life, One Day at a Time, Family, The Greatest American Hero, Bewitched, Quantum Leap, Cold Case, Medium, My Name is Earl, Good Times, Jennifer Slept Here, Eight is Enough, City Confidential, The Incredible Hulk, selected Reality shows....Boston Legal, Ugly Betty, 30 Rock, The L Word, Studio 60...the list goes on and on......
Books
Books. Books are good. They have words in them. Many words. Often they are strewn together one after the other...weaving a story of some sort. I quite enjoy that.
FAV BOOKS: My fav book right now is "Holy Cow." I'm reading a bunch of books that take place in India because I'm going to a wedding there soon!
I dig the Dog Whisperer. His book, "Ceasar's Way". I LOVE this book. Even if i didn't have dogs, I would love this book. Then there's - "Where Would I Be Without Me? stories, scenes and significant others" by Annie Wood - available at amazon.com and at -
Whoa, what a strange coincidence - that's my name too!
I love spiritual books, plays, short stories. I just read Allison DuBois's book, "Don't Kiss them Good-bye" , Kevin Trudeau's book, "Natural Cures 'they' Don't want you to Know About" & Dr. Wayne Dyer's, "Inspiration." Oh, and I, along with my pal Chad, have a severe Magazine Subscription addiction - 30 subscriptions. I like words.
Heroes
Who is your inner bombshell?
WAAAAAHH!! You're inner Bombshell is the zany Lucille Ball! You like making people laugh, but also know how to turn on the glamour when the time is right. To most guys you're the perfect all-around gal. But sometimes you get into trouble and have a heckuva time talking your way out of it. You may be accident-prone on the outside, but your a first class business woman on the inside. A pioneer, so to say. Lucy can still be seen hamming it up on her most famous television series "I Love Lucy". Take this quiz!
also...
Maude (Ruth Gordon from my fav film, HAROLD AND MAUDE, not Bea Arthur) Although Bea was very good with those long, comedic pauses. Ah heck, her too. In fact, anyone, ever, in the history of Television, Film and Actual Life who is named Maude.
The Maudes of the world - you are my heroes!
What am I into? Love, Humour, Music, Art, Spirituality, Human Behavior, People who are doing things. Good things preferably. I am also very much into - Encouragement, Support, Passion, Individuality and Giving a damn.
History: You might remember me as the energetic host of the dating game show, "BZZZ!" you know, back in the day. Or perhaps you've seen me late at night on Showtime in the beautiful, classic masterpiece, "CELLBLOCK SISTERS, BANISHED BEHIND BARS!" Or maybe you know me from my guest appearances on several sitcoms and other primetime shows or maybe you have no idea who the hell I am but you'd like to be my friend anyway.
So, to that I say, WELCOME TO ANNIEWOOD!
I like it here. In the world and on MySpace. I like people sharing this and that with one another. I appreciate all sorts of different this and thats. Feel free to tell me about your this and that or just your this and a wee bit of your that - whatever floats your boat. I'm here. I'm listening. Actually, reading. I'm reading. What you write. So, make it good.
Love & Peas,
Annie Wood
The Star is one of the great cards of faith, dreams realised
The Star is a card that looks to the future. It does not predict any immediate or powerful change, but it does predict hope and healing. This card suggests clarity of vision, spiritual insight. And, most importantly, that unexpected help will be coming, with water to quench your thirst, with a guiding light to the future. They might say you're a dreamer, but you're not the only one.
So, this amused me...I did a play in Hollywood with Jason Bateman when we were teenagers. We played brother and sister. (His dad, Kent, was my acting teacher and still a good friend). Anyway, I had a MAD CRUSH on Jason!
Lookie what happened when I took this test...
