Action was simply an idea of a girl to keep her from ever having to conform to a normal lifestyle of a 9-5 job.
Founded in Feburary 2007, Action is a lifestyle/passion/reason for lack of sleep. Oh yeah, and a clothing company.
Owned/created/ran by Samantha Starling (musician, photographer, writer, designer, ect). Action is not merchandise for the masses. It's simply a never ending project.
All products are named by/after close friends and family, the people who always have supported this project from the beginning. It's our way of giving back to them. Shirts are printed in very small quanitys, usually by the dozens, for two reasons.
1. Nobody wants what everybody else has.
2. We're a homegrown company that's still growing.
Still working out of the garage, still a 1 (wo)man band, still true.
Action encourages people to TAKE ACTION for what you believe in and stand up for. Take Action in your life and in the world. You can make a difference.
