Raise money for the animals just by searching the Internet or shopping online with GoodSearch - www.goodsearch.com - powered by Yahoo!
Just enter "AFA" in the support field, select "Action for Animals (Seattle, WA)" and click "verify." Then search! Every search raises about one penny for animals!
Action for Animals operates under the simple principle that animals do not exist for humans to eat, wear, experiment on, or use for entertainment. We therefore promote a Vegan lifestyle. AFA strives to end animal suffering through educational outreach, demonstrations, and media involvement.

Go Vegan Today!
Vegans take personal responsibility for making the world a better place by giving up meat, dairy products, eggs, and other animal-derived items. By doing so, vegans don't contribute to the needless suffering of animals.
Living a vegan lifestyle is the best thing you can do to help animals. On average a person switching from the standard American diet to a vegan diet will prevent the abuse and killing of about 100 animals per year.
If you are not already vegan, please work to cut all meat, egg, and dairy products out of your diet. If you don't feel you can go vegan "cold turkey," you may want to try reducing your animal product consumption by a set amount every week, until you are completely vegan. Remember, it's not an all or nothing. Every time you choose vegan food over animal products you are making a difference. If going vegan seems too difficult right now, start simple. Eat veggie dogs, use soy milk on your cereal, increase the portions of the vegan foods you already eat.
Much of this video was filmed at a small family slaughterhouse. Everything shown in Meet Your Meat is standard agricultural practice [SAP]. Some is even better. In the USA, there are no laws to protect birds at any stage of meat or egg production, and the only US law that covers mammals is the Humane Slaughter Act, which is barely enforced and usually only covers things that are not considered SAP. There are no isolated cases in the Meet Your Meat video. The reason this persists is, in part, because people refuse to believe it. The cruelty and killing will not stop unless we stop supporting it. Commercial meat, egg, and dairy production are done for profit, just like any other business, so as long as a practice increases profits, it will be done, regardless of the impact on the animals. You can try to deny what goes on or justify supporting it--or believe that you are not supporting it--but the reality is that eating meat, eggs, and dairy does support what you see in the video.

I think that you are doing such a great thing by getting word out about animal cruelty. That has always been a topic I deeply care about. I have never seriously tried to commit to vegetarianism, but have decided that yesterday is the last day I ate meat! Once I get a hang of that, I plan to go all vegan.
I watched all the videos before I added you. I've been thinking about being a pesco vegetarian, but my mom is totally against it. Is there a way I could introduce this to her?
thank you ;) lol those weren't the best either hahaha. anyways i would just like to save that its very relieving that there are actually people in the world that care care about life to try and make a difernece. and i want to applaud you on your effort. ;)
wow lol i didnt even know that cows go through all that i thought it was just a simple milking and the end i didnt know they go through so much... i've tried the veggie thing ummm.. i lasted like a month or two it will be hard to be a complete carnivore to turn into a veggie but i give my word to give my all :>

Well I'm very close to being vegan. Like I don't milk, I drink soy milk. And I try and stay far away from anything that has dairy in it.
