July 4th & Remembering Our Troops

Independence Day is my favorite holiday. It is one of those days that you can relax, BBQ and drink a rum punch out by the pool. Parades in the AM, fireworks in the PM.
But every Independence Day, I put the flag out. Of all the things you can do on Independence Day, you put the flag out.

The flag doesn't have to be a big one, it can be one of those little flags on a stick and in your flower planter out by the front door or out on your balcony patio.

But please, show our troops, veterans and all those that have served some respect and put your American flag out on the 4th of July.

Thank you to all of our troops serving our country here and abroad, all veterans and all of those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for this great nation.
