元フリースタイルスケートボードチャンピオンに輝いた経歴を持つピエール・アンドレが1995年にカリフォルニアのハンティントンビーチにてスタートさせたés。常に進化していくスケートボードに必要なテクノロジーを装備したシューズ作りは、デザイン、スタイル共に多くのスケーターから絶大な支持を受けている。
1984年にブラジルで誕生したサーフブランド。その後、アメリカのカリフォニアに拠点を移す。ビーチサンダルにおいては世界で一番売れているブランドとなり、世界的なサーフファッションブランドの地位を確立している。
2010年1月9日、東京代々木、国立代々木第二体育館にてBMXフラットランドの世界大会「BMXフラットランド・ワールドクラシック2010」が開催されます。今回開催される「BMXフラットランド・ワールドクラシック2010」は、世界各国で行われている大会の上位者が集まり、真の世界チャンピオンを決定しようという注目すべき大会です。
