Impeach George Bush?

Why bother?

Why not just cut to the chase and trying him and his compatriots, Cheney, Rice and Rumsfeld, for murder?

Former LA Deputy District Attorney, who successfully prosecuted, dozens of murder cases, makes the case that George Bush is indictable for murder.

Any state or city that had a citizen killed in the course of the Iraq War is eligible for pressing charges and bringing these lying psychopaths to justice.

This is not a pipe dream and is based in sound legal reasoning.

The idea made it to a formal Judiciary Committee hearing.

Here's the tape, right off C-SPAN:
http://www. brasschecktv. com/page/395. html

P.S. Did you see this on the news?

Neither did your friends and colleagues.

Let them see, in face of a total media black out, that serious people are taking the idea of indicting Bush for murder seriously.

P.S. Please share Brasscheck TV e-mails and videos with friends and colleagues.

That's how we grow. Thanks.

Why would you attempt to stop these people from having their stupid convention. Free speech is free speech! When you physically stop people from having a peaceful gathering (no matter how warped the group is) it opens up the door for YOU to be stopped from gathering peacefully for YOUR reasons. Besides there will most likely be government provocateurs there to start a violent conflict with the police. This has happened over an over again in the past (do a little research into the WTO protest in Seattle). Please have some sense, don't fall into this trap.

SPREAD THE WORD

Bodies Against the War

The plan is to represent and HONOR the lives lost in Iraq, both American and Iraqi.

All you will need is a white shirt (that we can write a number on) and a desire to participate in something bigger than yourself, to use your voice and body to help show people what this war is all about, and why we MUST end it. This could be something that children could also be encouraged to participate in, as there are children dying in Iraq EVERYDAY as well.

So, now, we need bodies!

Are you willing to put your money where your mouth is and be a body for this demonstration? It’s pretty easy to lay down and play dead, what’s not easy is dealing with the fact that those who ARE dead aren’t playing.

We HAVE to be their voice.

Federal Court Reaffirms Frame-Up Conviction, Orders Life Behind Bars or Racist Legal Lynching

Ruling Against Mumia Shows: No Justice in the Capitalist Courts

Mobilize the Working Class to Free Mumia Abu-Jamal! Abolish the Racist Death Penalty!

On March 27, the U.S. appeals court in Philadelphia reaffirmed the frame-up conviction of Mumia Abu-Jamal, the former Black Panther Party spokesman and world-renowned radical journalist who has been locked up on Pennsylvania’s death row for more than a quarter century. This latest ruling, like all those that preceded it, shows that the exploited and oppressed must have no faith in the racist injustice system.
We call on the workers movement to mobilize its power to free Mumia now! Mobilize the Working Class to Free Mumia Abu-Jamal! (28 March 2008)

If you want to distribute leaflets about Mumia, get in touch with us.

For Workers Strikes Against the War!

ILWU to Shut Down West Coast Ports May 1 Demanding End to War in Iraq, Afghanistan

In a major step for the U.S. labor movement, the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) has announced that it will shut down West Coast ports on May 1, to demand an immediate end to the war and occupation in Iraq and Afghanistan and the withdrawal of U.S. troops from the Middle East. This is the first time in decades that an American union has decided to undertake industrial action against a U.S. war. The action announced by the powerful West Coast dock workers union, to stop work to stop the war, should be taken up by unions and labor organizations throughout the United States and internationally. And the purpose of such actions should be not to beg the bourgeois politicians whose hands are covered with blood, having voted for every war budget for six and a half years, but a show of strength of the working people who make this country run, and who can shut it down!
