About me:

We, the AOC, seek to bring together like-minded individuals to bring about the change needed in order to realize their values.
We are a collective located in Oswego County that works to bring our community more in line with our beliefs and values, such as honesty, transparency, equity, equality, fairness and competency.
We embrace a diversity of experiences and all levels of participation, while working to replace inequality, hierarchy, domination and powerlessness with mutual respect, personal empowerment, cooperation and a sense of community.

We, the progressives of Oswego County, believe in the following tenets:
We believe we are all in this together and that what happens to the least of us happens to us all.
We believe there is a better way and that only together will we find it.
We believe in our ability to change the world we live.
We believe that knowledge is power and it is every citizen's responsibility to be informed and aware.
We believe the world's resources are finite and must be preserved for future generations.
We believe in the promise of America, but also that it is every American's duty to rebel against tyranny and oppression.

    OK... so when are we going to get together?  I really really would like to make an effort to coordinate some info-share sessions.. I just got a ton of credit/financial information.  I also learned about some time share information./.. like "Ithica Hours" that I thought we may want to look into.  I am in Oswego county more often now because my significant other is here.  Perhaps you would consider a googlegroup/yahoogroup?  So that we can keep up ideas and regular communication even from afar?

    Didnt make it because i realized my son got out of jiu jitsu at 645... and my daughter doesnt like to go... so we would have had to go back home.. and the kids like to do their own thing... uggg. they are old enough to want to do their own thing, but not old enough to just go do it... lol :)  in bewteween age.  LOL  :)  I am sorry i missed it.  When is the next AOC meeting??

    I will be in town trying to get sponsorships for the MHA... Do you think the Activists of Oswego County would like to sponsor a Mental Health Association hole?  see if everyone can donate 2-5 dollars... it is a 30 dollar sponsorship.  Just to get the name out there.  You could count 5 dollars of my hard earned cash :) as 5 of the 30.  You let me know.  Cause we can do an 8 by 10 advertisment... it is supporting the local community and getting the name out there... perhaps to announce the next meeting also :) just an idea...  315-591-6605... i am a big texter :)

    Thanks so much for coming all that way to be a part of it! I am glad you had a good time. After watching the tape back, I only had one complaint ultimately but it is one that happens every time haha...maybe I will learn to keep that main drone higher in the mix from the start soon =p
