MEMBERSHIP
Growth is key. To exchange and network with peers and other industry professionals, Ad2 Houston needs members. Be part of developing our membership by inspiring and encouraging current and new members, though a verity of membership drives, recruitment and other Ad2 Houston happenings. ***Responsibilities: Manage Ad2 membership; Organize membership drives and mixers and recruitment events; Welcome new members to the Ad2 team, thank participants and answer membership questions.
COMMUNICATIONS & PUBLICITY
Start spreading the word. Use your creative side by designing the Ad2 Houston newsletter, posters, informational mailers, recruiting materials, web interface, and promotional items, while keeping the Ad2 Houston brand consistent. ***Responsibilities: Supervise the creation of all Ad2 promotions; Oversee and maintain the (easy to use) Ad2 website; Manage correspondence to members; Oversee the production of the Ad2 newsletter.
SOCIAL EVENTS
We’re the party planners! Promote Ad2 Houston by helping orchestrate all the happening events. ***Responsibilities: Oversee all event details: locations, speakers, and accommodations; Organizes club mixers and events; Work with communications chair to promote all events.
The CORE
Development program for members, called “the CORE.” The main goal of this program is to help members, help themselves. It has been developed and designed around giving members the advantage to improve upon their individual strengths and weakness in order to succeed in today’s workforce. Help Ad2 create interactive learning events for members!
RECRUITMENT
We need fresh blood. Use your networking abilities to engage students and young professionals to join Ad2! ***Responsibilities: Gain a connection with area universities to promote Ad2 awareness; Organize a publication list for Ad2 ad placement.
PUBLIC SERVICE
We do it for charity, we do it for pride. Every year, as part of club achievement, Ad2 Houston develops, designs, and promotes a campaign for a worthy non-profit organization. Be part of developing something great.
CLUB ACHIEVEMENT
Glorified Scrapbook. Throughout the course of a year, this group gathers and creates the Ad2 Houston scrapbooks. Be part of the team by organizing documentation, pictures and recapping all club activities to compete against other Ad2 organizations.
