About me: I am lucky enough to be one of northern California and Nevada's premiere wedding and events planner.
Dad is a minister, so I've worked events my entire life. I worked 7 years to suggest locations for major Hollywood movie locations. (Remember the desert scenes in "Independence Day?") And then almost another 7 years as the production coordinator for Reno's #1 entertainment resort. I've worked with many major artists and with multiple venues (7+ with 100-9,000 seats each) operating simultaneously, so planning and coordinating your event should be easy!
Besides weddings, I also do community events, fundraisers, and family events, to name just a few.
Do you have a corporation or company? I can do employee parties, customer appreciation events, or even team building. I also have a wonderful group of vendors who can offer unique exercises or promotional activities. Throw me your ideas; I might have an answer!
How do you know if I'm the right planner for your event? Read through my blogs. I will give you my thoughts on budget, expectations, communications, and lots of other subjects. If my views match yours to some degree and I sound like fun (and I REALLY AM FUN!), then let me know.
Who I'd like to meet: I'd love to follow around one of those fantastically flaming television wedding planners for like a week. Mahrvellous!!! I've met almost everyone else I wanted to meet. (By the way, Roberta Flack, you and I still have to do a karaoke night.) I would like to barbecue with Barbara Streisand.
OK. So...we're almost set!!! I finally got all of my undergarments (?) squared away. All that's really left is fixing my yard up a bit more and one BIG Costco run. BUT...my mom's here now so everything is definitely going to be cool. :)
