Adam Isaac and the People is the concept of bassist, singer, songwriter Adam Isaac. The group consist of bassist/vocalist Adam Isaac, guitarist Joe Niesen, guitarist Bill Roberts drummer Joey B. Banks,and saxophonist Pete Ross. The band began playing shows around the Wisconsin area in 2007. and plan to record and release their first album in the fall of 2009. Adam Isaac and the People performs mostly original funk, soul, and pop based music and covers Prince, The Meters, The Ohio Players, and Marvin Gaye. They have shared the stage with ’heavy hitters’ such as the Headhunters, Clyde Stubblefield, The Charlie Hunter Trio, and members of the Meters. and The goal of the band is to spread their unique brand of funky,soul pop around the globe. We also signed on with an independent label out of Los Angeles, CA... "Go DiY Records". Go DiY is a label made up of musicians, for musicians, and we're confident that they will get FFR to the masses.
