Adam Baldwin and Rob Crowell have been individually working with a number of local, national, and international artists for the past few years, and over the past months have begun recording original material towards a new album. Adam is a proficient keyboard player, guitarist, and singer who in a few short years has made a mark on Halifax's music scene. Rob is a multi-instumentalist (sax, bass, drums and keys, as well as chimpanzee-level guitar) who, since moving to Halifax, has become an in-demand session player both in Halifax and beyond. Both have been writing separately for some time, and now have forged a unique writing partnership aided by the fact that in the studio, they are a complete band. All instruments on all tracks are played solely by the two, unless otherwise noted.
Hey Boy's, First of all great sound! I can relate to your friends and influences! Hey I just released my new album at Ottawa Bluesfest a few weeks back and am on tour in September out your way. Would love to share a beer or 10 with you and talk music. Keep in touch, Trevor Alguire
If y'all are lookin' for a good laugh, ya gotta(seriously...ya gotta!) swing by our page to see the new video of the Giant's bassist, PJ, in ass-burnin' action! ENJOY! Cheers, Iron fuckin'Giant
Hi fellas. Recently my account was hacked into and some mean spam was sent out. My apologies if you received it. I've been listening to you two as well as Evelyn Room this past week at work. Thanks for making Monday morning easier to get through. You're my new coffee!
Hey Rob! The west is holding up well, thanks. Will you be hitting it anytime soon (in any of your artistic incarnations)? I noticed you experienced the joy of Fundy at its wildest, last year. I'm mega-jealous! Keep the great music comin'!
This is my quick ‘you’ve been added’ note. Come on by for a comment or a message and I’ll gladly say a proper hello! If I take a little while to write back, it’s only because I want to make sure I have the time to really check out your profile.
Just finished the poster for our "mini-tour" of the Maritimes this summer. I've popped it onto our website home page ... breezeandwilson.com ... check it out .. we're just thrilled at the thought of such a series of gigs.
Not sure how you got to visit our page but we're happy you did. Anyone who plays, and is living where you are ... are always potential friends of ours. We have developed a really friendly connection with the Maritimes (played Halifax last summer) and we're doing a mini-tour across NS and NB this summer. Hope we get a chance to meet up.
best wishes Graham (and Toby) Hope you liked what you heard.
