    I had a dance party at my house on the 27th and played a few of your dance mixes. It was great but made my heart a little heavy. 3 years! Really..... I still miss our late night phone conversations, who else is still up at 6 AM doing stuff?

    I can't believe you're not here - two years have gone by. You would hate some of what is happening to NYC and love some other things but what I miss the most is how that love and hate would always be mixed up.
    You look so sad in this photo - reminds me how you pushed against things and struggled to keep going and be creative no matter what. It's an inspiration I need in my life.
