It definitely started with my mother and father listening to all types of great music when I was growing up. My mother is a musician, so shes really the one who introduced me to the experience of performing live. She got me singing with jam bands in bars when I was 12 years old. The Seattle music scene really inspired me and my songwriting. I was just figuring out how to write songs, and Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Alice In Chains, and Soundgarden and Dinosaur jr. were the shit!
Good to see you online! :) Got Life Starts Now the day it came out and I know I told you this before, but it's awesome & the songs mean so much. Can't wait til you guys hit the road here in the US. Don't forget Bloomington hehe.
I'm seriously beginning to think I unplugged my brain and packed it somewhere in the mess that is my house...somehow or another, and I've seen the video for Never too Late so many times it's not funny, I never realized the woman in the video was Naomi. I feel bad somehow....
Speaking of videos....the one for Break is very cool I just have to wonder about the paint getting thrown at all of you, how fun was that? And how long did it take to get off...?
