Adam Hills is one of Australia's most talented and widely respected comedians. His solo shows have seen sell-out houses at the Adelaide Fringe, Melbourne Comedy Festival and the Kilkenny Cat Laughs Festival. He is a regular at the Montreal "Just for Laughs" Comedy Festival, and was the first Australian comedian to appear at the US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen 2005. However it is at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival that Adam has truly made his mark. Three times nominated for the prestigious Perrier Award, winner of the inaugural Nokia Orange "Best of the Fest" Award in 2002, and the Forth One Fringe Award in 2003 - Adam has become one of the hottest attractions at the Fringe. In Australia, Adam can be seen each week hosting the music quiz show Spicks and Specks on the ABC, and his British TV credits include "Never Mind The Buzzcocks", "The Charlotte Church Show", "Live At The Comedy Store" and "Mock The Week."

Description
The author was inspired by observing butterflies to develop a system of Tai Chi that could be performed in a limited space and within a relatively short time. He designed Tai Chi movements that naturally enhance the Qi flow in the order directed by Chinese medicine and whilst it can be used to treat a wide variety of illnesses, its real power is in preventing illness. About the Author
Martin Faulks has been a student of the oriental martial arts since he was five years old. He has a black belt in the Korean martial art, Kuk Sool Won and is proficient in the mystical disciplines of China including Tai Chi, Meditation, Qi Gong and the legendary form of Yi Jin Jing.
