GRAVE is the title of Adam Kenyon's debut EP; and it could not have been fashioned without the contributions including, but not limited to the blood, sweat and gear of Bobby Ray, whose talent, ears, exasperating perfectioninsm and productionability were grave contributions to . . . uh . . . GRAVE.
This is because he wouldn’t do something halfway. He would never rest until everything was a 100% representative of what he’d imagined, which frequently meant that he was, in his words, a bit of an a$$. And then, inevitably, he would think of something better still.
My appreciation for his intensity, creativity, technical knowledge and simple hard work that he put in to pimp out these songs, if you will, is boundless, yo. I thank him so deeply. Words aren’t enough. So I'll throw in a couple of my favorite non words as well: poopft and nahtafingah. There you go, Bob.
Also, there are so many others who donated their talents to contribute to this EP, and through their eagerness to help, I am so thoroughly moved and am sensing a glimpse of what humanity could be if all our hearts were always in the right place.
trOy Hatfield, Ethan Nickerson, Tom Mayo, Matt Deeren, Julie Harkless, Marie Dornan, Tracy DiCocco, Mike Yoder, Alan Close, Erik Christensen, Dave Elliot & Ed Dublis. I'm in debt to you all.
The EP is available on iTunes for download and CDbaby.com as a hardcopy, but check it out right here on the house. Please listen, share your comments and tell your friends and thier friends and thier friends. Thanks for your support! Bgood; Your Friend, @m
