About A Day For Heroes

Combining a large variety of influences, ADFH's music is diverse and energetic with influences from punk, rock, funk and metal. The riffs are original but catchy and the shows are fun. There's abit of something for everybody.

With a few dates in 2009, A Day For Heroes are looking to put a huge stamp in the local music scene and possibly beyond with their unique sound, energetic live shows and versatile songwriting

ADFH is back down to 2 guitarists. Andre carries on into the band after a successful gig at Cross Keys and Andy has stepped down to follow a career elsewhere, however will carry on with the band in a different capacity. ADFH thank Andy for all the time he spent playing guitar and wish luck.
