Singer, songwriter Michael Joyner has spent the last few years in Memphis Tennessee perfecting his sound. His music is a mixture of folk, soul, jazz and rock pulling influences from musicians like, Curtis Mayfield and Jimi Hendrix to Nick Drake and Neil Young. Mike got his start playing guitar and co-writing with his band Bella Sun while working with soulster Valencia Robinson as a duo. With the 2008 release of his EP Sit and Wait he has embarked on his solo act while trying to make a few friends on the way.
