That’s the theme of Vice 45’s Life. The talented artist started performing in front of crowds of thousands from the early age of 12. Vice 45 was born in Torrance, California and raised in both Southern California and Honolulu, Hawaii. His parents placed several musical devices (Accordion, Violin and Piano) into his hands when he was only seven years old. Vice 45’s musical skills were evident during his childhood with his natural ability to play these instruments, his sense of music awareness and his charismatic stage presence. Much of his lyrical and rhythmic influence has come from many multifaceted performers including Led Zeppelin, Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson
Vice found his strength in vocal performance while competing against numerous performers at various AFNA competitions. He began as a 7 year old Gospel soloist and quickly found a niche when his father stared a wedding entertainment company (Muziq Unlimited) and Vice became the vocal centerpiece as he entertained the guests at weddings, corporate events, and concerts with his smooth voice. Vice’s professional career grew with performances in numerous Musical/Broadway Productions (“Into the Woods”, “Happiness is a Journey”) and on-screen debut as a back ground dancer in Justin Timberlake’s “Like I Love You” music video. Vice’s pursuit of achievement hit a high point in 2007 when he earned “World Star of the Year” at the Global One Competition in Los Angeles. Since then he’s been in number of independent movies such as “Toy Soldier” and “Blue” (IMDB 2008). Vice’s passion to perform, star-like appeal, and dedication to entertaining is like no other.
Vice 45’s intellectual conditioning made him a UCLA BRUIN (History/ Music).
He has musically toured Europe, the Philippines, and continues to do shows throughout the West Coast. Vice keeps physically fit by cross country/city running, dancing and drinking plenty of H20. Along with his R&B “Vice 45” project, Vice also provides the lead vocals for the might Heavy Rock band “VENTUS”. His ability to write, sing, and dance is a powerful statement of his capacity to succeed.
