--La formación tuvo sus inicios en el mes de noviembre del año 1.999 bajo el nombre de “Dogma”. Con este nombre, y cuando sólo llevaban un par de meses juntos, los primeros cinco integrantes crearon una primera maqueta de cuatro temas titulada “Principios y dudas” (EP-2.000). Al ver el buen resultado de tan novel trabajo, decidieron seguir adelante, actuando en distintos locales, fiestas populares, eventos musicales,... etc.Poco tiempo más tarde y por problemas de índole burocrática, tuvieron que tomar la decisión de cambiar el nombre del grupo. “Adhoc” fue el elegido , viene del latín y significa “a propósito”, aunque también se utiliza para indicar que algo está de moda. Era el principio y la formación fue variando de componentes en sus andares, hasta llegar a la formación actual.Su primer álbum de larga duración llegaría en el año 2.002, de la mano de Rafael Rigó, conocido bajista del grupo “Sunflowers” , tras nueve meses de grabación en los “Estudios Urban”, titulado “Arte que ocultar”; trabajo autoeditado y compuesto por once temas más un bonus track. Eran temas con base pop que bailaban y se mezclaban con diferentes estilos (rock, funky, chill-out, ...) pero que no llegarían a reflejar fielmente la propia personalidad del grupo. Dicho trabajo les acompañó en multitud de conciertos en locales, concursos, fiestas privadas y populares (...), y sirvieron para forjar la formación, madurar y definir su estilo en posteriores composiciones.Tres años más tarde, concretamente en el año 2.005, y también bajo la batuta del citado bajista, autoeditaron su segundo álbum titulado “La luz de la verdad”, el cual definía con mucha más claridad dicho estilo; diez temas de pop rock fresco que iluminarían de buenas sensaciones a todo aquel que los escuchara. Siguieron tocando por diversos puntos de la isla e incluso por algunos de Cataluña. Mientras ofrecían dichas actuaciones seguían componiendo nuevo material, aprovechando las oleadas de creatividad.Tras este mar de experiencias y luchas, en 2008 deciden cambiar de técnico e ideas y optan por trabajar con otro excelente productor, compositor y músico de la isla llamado Daniel Ambrojo, conocido por sus trabajos con David Bisbal, Bustamante, etc…, y con él editan su tercer álbum, una selección exhaustiva de 12 temas bajo el título de “Volver a empezar”, con la esperanza de caer en el tópico y que a la tercera sea la vencida…; para poder conducir sus pasos hacia una autopista de éxitos musicales y llegar a más oídos o mejor, a más corazones… Ya que desde ahí es desde donde hablan las canciones que componen este trabajo. Títulos como “Sobre mis pies”, “Mil caras” o “Pierdo la fe”, nacen de lo más cotidiano y crecen con una visión íntima y personal, con la que much@s se sentirán identificados.

The formation had its beginnings in the month of November of year 1,999 under the name of “Dogma”. This work accompanied to them in multitude of concerts in the private and popular premises, contests, celebrations (...), and served to forge the formation, to mature and to define its style in later compositions.Three years later, concretely in year 2,005, and also under the baton of the bassman mentioned one, autopublished their second titled album “La luz de la verdad”, which defined with much more clarity this style; ten subjects of fresh pop rock that they would illuminate of good sensations to all that one listened to that them. They even continued touching by diverse points of the island and by some of Catalonia. While they offered these activities continued composing new material, being useful the swollen ones creativity.After this sea of experiences and fights, in 2008 they decide to change of technician and ideas and choose to work with another excellent producer, composer and musician of the called island Daniel Ambrojo, known by their works with David Bisbal, Bustamante, etc…, and with him publishes his third album, an exhaustive selection of 12 subjects under the title “Volver a empezar”, with the hope to fall in the topic and that to third is the won one…; in order to be able to lead its passages towards a freeway of musical successes and to arrive at more hearing or better, more hearts… Since from it is there from where the songs speak that compose this work. Titles like “Sobre mis pies”, “Mil caras” or “Pierdo la fe”, they are born from daily and they grow with an intimate and personal vision, with which many will feel identified.

Despues de largos meses de dificultoso parto hemos dado a luz. Ha habido momentos difíciles, barajamos la posibilidad de hacer de cesaria, pero al final todo fué de lo más natural, tal y como deseabamos. La pequeña se llama Two Words, nos ha llenado de alegría el local de ensayo y grita y ruge que da gusto.
