My apprenticeship is related to the construction industry. Basically I'm a building management systems engineer. I deal with a building's special control systems that keep the building working correctly. It includes things like heating, cooling, lighting, security, networking and graphic design to name a few. A lot to understand!
What other things are you getting up to other than being a badass Prison Officer then? ^^
